How about this?

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm a busy man. I have a railroad to run.

Hi guys,
could we try this as an avatar?

I think I have it sized right. It is meant for a future garden railroad ... I don't have a clue as to when that will happen . I do intend to do up a few n-scale pieces with this logo this summer just for giggles.

Thanks,
Joe <><

Mike-
How does one go about adding an image as a signature?
I peeked at some of the HTML and noticed "UPLOADS," but that wasn't of any help.
-Dave

P.S. So as to not confuse y'all, my question to Mike was answered a few posts down, hence my tres cool logo signature which you see below.

Dave, if you want to include a graphic as part of your signature, you will first need to upload it here to the forum's server (using the same method as uploading a photo) or to a personal website or a photo hosting service that allows remote linking. Once you add the "img" tags in square brackets before and after the graphic's URL, the graphic will show up in your signature.

If you are wanting to add an image as your custom avatar, which displays on the left side of the screen under your username, just upload it to this thread and Joe or I will do the rest.

Because of some "issues" in the past over personal avatars (inappropriate/obscene/rude images, etc.), we prefer to see them here first before they are added as a member's avatar.

Admin,
could you please add my Avatar? Got tired of the Jolly roger as it's not unique.
Thanks in advance
Paul

Mike & Joe -----OOOPS!!

I forgot the last brackets. Sorry.
(Leave it to a teacher to not follow instructions. Good thing I'm retiring before I do more damage to the young minds of America).

Thanks again.
