All set Manny.
Just be careful in the future when naming pictures that your going to upload here.
Your file name had an ampersand in it and I had to rename it so it would work.

As you think, so will you be.

Hey guys - Help!... brand new here and am having trouble uploading my custom avatar... won't even let me email it to admin... error message is unclear whether the characters are unacceptable (BandOLogo1), the file extension is incorrect (.bmp) or the file is too large (148KB)... what to do?

All the best -

Jim, make it a .jpg file and get it down to about 80 kb. Then post it here in this thread. (Instructions on uploading pictures are in the Arrival Track Forum.)
