Nice to see work being done. C-ment work around us is EX-spensive...having had a bunch done in the last 2 years building a house in the Upper Peninsula. That is, IF you can even find anyone to do it. Last summer my guy was booked most of the way thru this year in July.

MONDAY Morning 4-5

‘Warm” in MI with “active weather” predicted with T-boomers and rain just about 5 pixels N of me on the app...temp may go ~70 with 15-20 mph winds.

Yesterday was nice, leading me to the barn where I worked on the big Deere, removing...(don’t tell anybody) the snow blower. Jinx for sure. Told the Doll if and when it snows, we’ll manage just fine. Long range, week, shows a good chance of April showers frequent in the time period. Warmer temps from average 50s as highs

May be forced to the work bench today as it looks.

Rick, et all, hopefully today is a good safe day for you. Everyone be well.

Good Morning,

Kinda looks like everyone's sleeping in this morning.

Karl now you've gone and done it; taking off the snowblower in April!! I'm really hoping the snow is behind us; would be nice to have Spring for a change instead of going from winter into summer.

Kyle looks like your going right to town on the "ol' homestead". Should be nice when finished.

To the rest of the Crew be safe.

A sunny 36 this morning with a high of 55 today in New York. Not sure what the day's going to bring.

Have a great day. Be safe and healthy.

Good morning, a nice cold water for me please. I have had my diet Dr Pepper caffeine hit for the day already.

The electrician has left. I left a message yesterday after I tried to use the plugged in soldering pencil on some track work. The electricity was intermittent. The owner came out and checked the trainroom, cave and pool. Pulled the circuits from the breakers. The pool filters are running off of a extension cord into the garage and if I go into the train room only the bench is useable with an extension cord. His crew will return tomorrow to fix the issues. A really nice guy who was very ticked off when he left.

Not sure what today will bring now that there are limitations. Maybe an official exercise day to be made up on Wednesday.

A good Zoom meeting last night with the entire family plus boyfriend and girlfriends. Love it when technology works. Enjoy your day and be safe.

Good morning folks,

Jerry, thanks for coffee.

Sounds like most folks are getting some bench time which is good. I'm still working in the shop reorganization. Getting close to the end, though.

80F is the forecast today. Partly sunny.

Have fun,
mike

TomO, for what electricians charge their work it should be absolutely perfect. In UP it was $98/hour for electrician, $68 for worker bees. All on top of fully marked up bits and pieces. Our guy sure had a smile fixed in place as we went thru with him mid build telling him what we wanted and where...went $2,500 over the estimated amount they gave the builder to bid the job.

Didn't manage my time very well this morning.

Mike, it is nice to see most of us getting in some bench time and I hope you can get some in soon.

Tom, it's frustrating having work done and find out it's not done right.
Hope it's resolved tomorrow.

Jerry, I'm OK and a walk with the dog sounds great.

Larry, with those temps some outdoor activities sound good.

Karl, thanks, all safe today and if we get any s@#$ here I know who to blame.

Kyle, thanks for the pics and you didn't use up too much space.

It's finally the weekend.
Did my grocery shopping on the way home.
So nice out side I think I'll go out and clean the inside of the car.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning or evening wherever in the world you are.

Coffee, hot water for tea and a variety of cold sodas are ready to go.

Sunny, with a high near 68.

Philip, thanks for stopping in.

Bike ride first, then some meal prep and after that take Mom to get her second vaccine shot.
Maybe take the dog for a walk in the park later.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning,

Rick, thanks for coffee. You plans for the day sound good. BTW, how is your electric fence working?

Forecast for today is 86F. Too bad I'll spend the day inside working at the lodge. Menu for tonight's lodge meal sounds good: smoked ham, baked beans, and salad.

Have fun and train on,
mike

Hazy sun and mid 50s at 0945 going to bounce off ~80 today.

Had some bench time yesterday, as we had several waves of rain and thunder. Stayed up and watched the final hoop game, the undefeated were no match for the energizers from Texas.

Outside work seems inevitable today, so I should get going.

Everyone have a fine day.

Good morning from Wisconsin. 2 thunder boomers and a 30 second shower and the 1st rain of the month and Spring has moved on. Thanks Rick for the variety of cold sodas. I found
a diet Cherry Pepsi, that will do fine.

The electricians are cleaning up right now as they are done. The boss called and asked if he could have his crew work yesterday starting at 3, they stayed to 8 last night.
They swapped out the circuit box into the house and a few other things. 4 guys yesterday, 2 guys at 6 this morning plus the boss yesterday and some this morning. I was without power
yesterday from around 4 to about 7:30. Spend most of that time reading a book on the deck.

Yesterday I did the Monday house cleaning and took a non-exercise leisurely walk to the kids house, said hi and walked back. The daughter was at the stables with the kids at school so she was training a new horse. I still am surprised at what my 2 kids can do.

Today, since yesterday was basically exercise free I will make it up on Wednesday. Today I will do yesterday’s program which means almost an hour doing laps in the and then the killer stair climbing.

Trains, we shall see. Too much to do but making back to soldering PC ties to the rails. Have a great safe day.

Greetings,

Rick thanks for the coffee. Enjoy your days off.

Mike I'm sure you'll get more really nice days when you can be outside. Enjoy Dinner at the Lodge; sounds yummy.

Jerry hope all goes well with your pooch and enjoy the warm weather with your dog.

Karl don't work too hard outside. Hope the railroad stuff is going well.

Tom sounds like the whole electrical thing is a nightmare. Hope you get to the bench today.

The rest of the Crew have a great day.

A sunny 36 this morning with a high of 61. Probably will work outside for a bit later. Giving the bench a rest while I sort out my next project.

Enjoy the nice weather. Be safe and stay well.
