Wowsah, wowsah, wowsah!!! That's just about the finest workshop I've seen; now about ordering one for the BCRR. Just kidding, it's absolutely stunning!

Unfortunately I haven't checked in for a while. What a great progress! The furnace looks very convincing! Well done and thanks for posting these.

Time for an update on the addition:

Added a cable to the one side of the furnace door for support; also added a "hot" piece of metal sitting on the door waiting to be hoisted over to the hammer.
The boiler is done and weathered along with all of the steam pipes. There is a scale six feet between the open furnace door and the boiler. A little tight but doable. Added a piece of metal under the boiler with some rust and ashes added. Still may add a little more rust behind it.
The floor was made dirty quite a bit but really doesn't show it in the photo.

The overhead photo shows all the steam pipes going from the hammer to the boiler. The long pipe going to the boiler was quite tricky to install which required a clothes pin and both hands. The last thing that I wanted to do was break the pipe behind the hammer. Also in the overhead photo you can now see just how dirty the floor looks.

There are a few more details that I want to add to the "Hammer Room" as well as the main Shop. With the addition it makes the main Shop look even bigger.

That's where JD's is for now. Any comments/suggestions welcome.
