Thanks Larry. The door only takes about 10 mins to make. Just balsa sheet, cut into strips, and glued directly onto the wall.
Thanks Dave, Frank & George. The stairs were a bit fiddly to do as they were inserted after the walls were all together. The balsa banister & framing were then built around the stairs. Long tweezers & a steady hand required. (& patience). Luckily the door openings are fairly large.

On the other half of the building, the bottom floor is split over two levels. So the floor boards are only a bit over half the width of the structure. Have built a small balsa wall across the split level, and will do a few steps down inside.

Another couple of basic doors added. Balsa strips.

Thanks Frank. Took a bit to work it all out from just photos. I also studied you computer blueprint, from when you where going to build this. Maybe one day you will build it.

Not great pics, as I'm trying to shine some light inside so the detail comes out.
The small set of steps inside are done.

And have given some boards a bit of colour, to represent ones replaced with whatever was lying around.

I think it's time to paint the exterior walls.

Geoff did a fantastic job designing and building the Boathouse. I'm sure your Nor-Easta' version will be equally great.

Going together nicely and that green is very pleasing to a Down Easta's eye.

Rob the stairs look good while adding more character. Nice choice of colors; looks very "New England" in appearance.

Thanks Greg & Larry. Yep, I'm really happy with the stairs. A bit of fiddling to get them in but worth it. And I figured there had to be someway of getting to the upper floor.
Thanks Frank, Bruce, and Mark for your continued interest. The cockpit green is one I have used on a lot of my N scale windows over the years.
