I wanting to put in a round house just wondering if you can put it on styrofoam board??

As long as the styrofoam (2" building?) is stable, sure it will be ok. That stuff is fairly rigid. Just keep the supporting framework close enough to the turntable, but give yourself enough space for any wiring to it.
