Well, since we are doing tanks...

My one claim to model railroading fame is this pair of shorty tank cars from the Boulder Valley Models kit. Some of you may remember seeing them on the BVM home page for the last few months Dallas was open for business. Finish is just craft store acrylics with some Bragdon powders applied both dry and as alcohol washes.

Another from Dave Houseman's RR.





The town I grew up in (Oakland, NJ) had an ink company with a very similar tank next to it. It was rail-side on the Susquehanna RR, but don't know if it ever had a siding.
