And, we're back

In a time like ours seemings and portents signify. Ours is a generation when dogs howl and the skin crawls on the skull with its beast's foreboding.

I put the coffee on, Pullman Porter as we all need to be treated right. K-cups, water, iced tea unsweetened, iced coffee and diet sodas. No food as I donít trust what was left in the coolers.

Glad the forum has returned. Hot and humid continues in Wisconsin and while I dislike humidity it is still better then below freezing temperatures. Enjoy you day.

Good morning, crew. Yes, Martin, it's good to have the forum back on line.

So much for the fun. It's hot and humid in Tidewater Virginia and I have some grass to mow...

Have a good day.

I'm getting older here. can't go without the Forum, and all our great members interaction.
Things happen, and Joe always seems to bring us back to life.
Don't know what happened, but glad we are together once again! [:D}

Good morning everybody and thanks for the coffee, TomO.

Iím happy to see the Forum is back.

Stay cool. Iím thinking my grass can wait, having mowed right before this hot dry spell.

Sing AMEN!!!

Welcome back, and many, many thanks to Joe! I "Need" my Forums fixes!

It's and humid in the northern mitten, with chainsaws growling away next door, as the new neighbor (whom I have not yet met) apparently has contractors in to move the garage from under the house to up on the first floor. This requires restructuring of the forest and the hillside behind the house, and the beeping tracked vehicles have been pacing the saws for two days now.... Bleah!

But it's good to have the Forums up and operating again. Sanity returns! Thanks, Joe!

Make it a great day, All, and stay safe!

Welcome back, everyone. I missed y'all.

A (3d printed) gear on the Wabash heavy duty flat... Gear came from here. https://www.focusarchitecture.net/new-products-1?category=GEARS I need to add weight to the car, it won't look good wobbling down the tracks because it's so light.

Please explain to your wife, all we are doing is communicating with online friends. Not much different then getting on a phone and gabbing but a lot quicker and efficient. I donít have a sad life for sure.

Good afternoon to the entire crew. It is 91 degrees under sunny skies here in S.E. Michigan.

The forum was hacked last Friday. Joe got it back up in the morning, and then it was hacked again in the early evening - just in time for the long weekend.

Many thanks to Joe for once again getting us up and running. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to Joe. After all, this Forum is a revenue drain - and when hacked, a time drain - on his business.

One question Joe asked me last Friday was 'How active has the Forum been?' I told him that activity has been up a bit since Covid 19 hit. The number of active threads, the level of interest in the Monthly Photo Gallery, and even the number of folks that check in on the two morning lounges are all indicators that we look at when measuring on-going interest.

Have a great day!

Bruce
