Come on man! The beaches are closed till Memorial Day. The Nor'Easters are on the way. Let's make some hay while the sun doesn't shine.

Hey Frank I'm trying! But even in winter we go to the beach at least twice a week!

Thanks Larry it's appreciated. I think I do my best with the machines I'm still learning all the other stuff!

Jerry this is really great work there! I must say that I saw this thread before becoming a member and it was a great inspiration for me in order to plan for a stamp mill on my near-future On30 layout.
Following with great interest! Yannis

You are more than welcome Jerry! Always a pleasure to see high quality craftsmanship!
I really wanted to add a mill, but i had no way of getting ore to a higher level (from track level up to the ore bin), in the currently proposed small layout that I designed. It would have been a great plan to have ore from the mine to the mill on the layout.

Finally some progress. The two walls on the right side are not glued in place otherwise it would be like like working on a ship in a bottle.
So next is the floor then the machines.

Hey there Jerry,
It didn't take much thinking, but a suggestion for you if you don't have the space in the house to "store" this huge building once you complete it, you could put it out on the door stoop this winter. That would allow homeless cats to have a warm, cozy place to curl up for the upcoming cool nights. Just a thought!

Jerry, WOW, this is certainly a beauty!! Nice coloring of the wood, both interior and exterior. Superb! I'll bet with the excellent machines, it will be out of this world! Great work.
