The tabletop still needs a little more weathering when its in its happy home.

Very nice, Jerry.

I think I see how it works. A belt on the large pulley turns an axle. As it turn one of the knobs pulls the table to the left. The table is lifted by the little ramps at the corners of the table. As the knob passes a certain point the table returns to the original position because it slides down the little. The little bits of ore are slid quickly back and forth and up and down, perhaps a little airborne on the descent. Meanwhile, water is flowing across the table.

Am I close?
