Good morning from a very busy downtown Minneapolis. The team lost in overtime yesterday but are still ranked #2 in the country.
The NCAA tourney starts Saturday for Wisconsin. We are finished with hockey in person this season due to prior commitment and
the virus. Not flying commercial to Boston.

Thanks Rick for the diet sodas. Breakfast at THE breakfast place in Minneapolis, then Scale Model Supplies and then the 4 hour
trip home. Wash your hands.

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and a variety of cold sodas are ready to go.

A chance of showers, mainly after 5pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 67.

Mike, hope you got to enjoy some time in the hobby room.

Jerry, it was impossible to stay inside yesterday.

Tom, sorry the team lost but that breakfast and store sounds good.

Felt good to be back on the bike yesterday so I'll do it again today.
No other plans than that except more time outside since it will be nice again.

Have a great day everyone.

Rain and fog in Michigan this morning, temp is....mid 30s, cold and damp. Really cheer killing to look out. It wasn't bad when we went to the eye doc yesterday to check the Doll's newest sign of age...floaters. All was well, just another step along the march.

I'm beginning the tedious process of rebuilding the SD40T-2 I stripped and painted into my home road colors. I found my photos of taking it apart and it's been part since mid April, so it's going but slow. Too damn many parts..glad I documented it's disassembly.

No big plans besides sticking close to home. Voted absentee, applied late so the clerk dropped the ballots off and waited while we voted Sunday. That's service.

Good morning, we are home. Very bright and heading to low 40ís. Breakfast was very good but over hyped. Missed the hobby shop as I didnít want to wait another 45 minutes for them to open. I have a fasting lab at 11:20 and already starting to be grumpy according to the dearly beloved and all I have done is type this morning. How is that grumpy? Movie today, unless life interferes for the 3rd Tuesday in a row is the Harrison Ford and the dog movie, Call of the Wild. Wow, 2 weeks in a row without a movie is a strange occurrence for us since retirement. Since we have decided to cancel trips to Boston, Washington DC, Charlotte and Atlanta this Spring we are looking for local day trips. Usually that is our Summer thing to do but lord knows we canít stay home and relax this Spring. Ok I am even writing grumpy, time to go.

Enjoy you day, wash your hands!
Tom

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and a variety of cold sodas are ready to go.

Increasing clouds, with a high near 56.

Philip, good luck with the MRI and did you take your avatar with you.

Welcome home Tom, hope the fasting went well and you got to the movies.

Mike, how's work at the lodge progressing?

Karl, glad to read the wife's good report at the doc's.

Jerry, hope the Dr. visit went well.

Dinner with Jerry and Diane today.
They're stopping at the house first to meet the dog.
Bike ride and some housework first.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning. I went to the lab yesterday checked in and sat. About 10 minutes later a tech came up to me and said are you Tom, yep, well come on back we have been waiting for you. They changed the check in procedure, you check and and then walk yourself back to the lab. Only go there 6 times a year!

Thanks Rick for moving the day, I am having a diet Cherry Pepsi. Fitness center around 9 for an hour and then till 3 the day is mine. Then the grandkids are here and the day is theirs. This place is getting emptier. Yesterday both the race track and the last dollhouse were picked up. I have a feeling the next couple days I will get a call to help set up the race track. I told my daughter that unless it is for her kids no more dollhouses or race tracks for her neighbors or friends! The contractor said yesterday I can move tools into the workshop on the back of the garage but that I am not to go into the basement.

The Call of the Wild was ok. The digital dog or however they did it was real looking most of the time, others you could tell wasnít real. A feel good story but the scenery was spectacular.

Have a great day
TomO

Grey and dreary morning in MI today. Supposed to go to mid 40s

The day is unplanned. Some morning tasks and a bit of model making, the SD40T-2 is going slowly.

Everyone have a good day.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for coffee.

Tom, thanks for the movie review.

Philip, hope the MRI went well.

Jerry, hope the doc visit went well.

Karl, unplanned days are good!

My modeling buddy Joe Batson (JoeB), the guy I am building the logging camp cars for, had a stroke. The right side of his body is paralyzed. He is having computer problems, so I am headed over to his place to see if I can fix them.

It is 65F headed to 86F today on the Brazos.

Have fun,
Mike

Good morning, Gloomy out.

Rick, I couldn't get that avatar to stick. I think you or Bruce have to work your magic.

Mike, Sorry about JoeB.

Tom, typical.

Working on the train shed, ballast floor, approach to turntable, & feeder wires.
Have a great day!

Mostly cloudy, with a high near 54.

Had a wonderful with Jerry and Diane last night.
Hope to do it again soon.
I'm sure they're still trying to recover from their encounter with my dog.

Mostly a rest day today.
Haircut, then catching up with a childhood friend and then dinner with my brother.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning everyone

Rick thanks for opening and the coffee.

I'll grab a cup later I need to go have an ultrasound done this morning.

If I had as much energy as Ricks dog I'd really be happy.

We had a great dinner and time with Rick.

Everyone have a great day!!
