Good morning everyone.

Tom, thanks for getting us going and for the coffee and donut.

The NOAA site won't let me see what the weather will be like today but I think we're supposed to get an inch or two of the white stuff and then turn to rain.

Tom, sorry about your 6 - 12".

Paul, glad the eye is better.

Mike, if the miscasters are correct today will be her first s@#$ experience.

Philip, cool story and if I remember correctly gas was .35 when I started driving.

Karl, $1000. Ouch

Jerry. how goes the doc build?

Back to work for another week of fun.

Hav a great day everyone.

Good morning folks,

Tom, thanks for coffee.

Sounds like everyone is bracing for the white stuff.

Forecast for 56F today with no rain.

I'm still at the train room clean up. Where will all this stuff go. Sheesh!

Good weekend wishes to all,
Mike

Morning everyone

Tom thanks for opening and the coffee & donuts.

Weather in South Jersey is chilly/22. The "Weenies" are sure about our weather.

I see Mike & Rick just walked in.
Good day to you guys.

No progress on the dock yesterday. I need it because it will be the floor to the house.
Will get there.

Not sure what's on the agenda today.

Everyone have a great day!!

Thanks Tom for some coffee,
Rick, Thanks, and have a good day on the rails.
Did a few errands to get out of the house, weather on its way, to end as freezing rain as well.
Cannot drag myself to the bench, touch of hibernation mode.
Will have to break that ice.

Have a good day all,

That's fine, it'll make another trip kid.

Good afternoon and the fireplace is lit with fresh coffee brewing,
cold diet sodas and the adult stuff now on the counter and in the frig.
Took almost 2 hours to do the drive and parking areas in the front
Of the house. Then went and did the daughters place and one of
her neighbors. I told Terry that when I was done it was around 8-9.
She laughed said your a guy probably got 5. Took the phone and
called her from the yard making sure I found a 9 spot and FaceTimed
her With the ruler showing we got 9+. But, now it is drizzling. From the
cave, have a good day.

Hi all, I put out some red wine.

I did work on some models today but I felt like I had 6 thumbs on each finger. It took me 5 times as long to build one Cannon for my layout than normal. I had to solder the white metal together on it as it will be used as part of a train riding on disconnects, it had to be stronger than held together with ACC. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Im ready for a bit o the greenie.
I hear ya Larry, I placed 24 nbws and was ready to quit the whole show. Was happier cutting and fitting some brass bits for a build-and it was 15 degrees out in the shop.
One more trudge to the shop and back,
Then back in for a sip.
Snow clean up tomorrow,
Enjoy,

That's fine, it'll make another trip kid.

Good evening all.

Larry, thanks for stopping in.

Fire feels real good.

Got less than an inch here and it was raining on my way home.

Think I'll have a stout before bed.

See you all in the AM.

Good evening, A huge cold front is blowing in now.

Not real excited about tomorrow morning, suppose to be in the teens.

Always tomorrow Larry, been there done that.

Have made a lumber rack out of my old pill bottles. Not pretty but a bit more organized now.

Later!
Philip

Evening

I put a couple of logs on the fire. That way it will still be warm when Rick gets here in the morning.

Its 16 heere in South Jersey with the wind blowing.

Right now I'll sit by the fire an have another bourbon before hitting the sack!

See you all in the morning.

Good morning. I tossed a few more logs on the fire. Getting cold in Wisconsin as its +3f degrees now.
The wind is starting to pick up so it should be interesting later this morning. Going to have a wee glass
of McKenna and bank the fire and hopefully sleep tonight.

Good morning everyone.

Tom, thanks for getting us going and for the coffee and donut.

Partly sunny, with a high near 39. West wind 10 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.
Very little s@#$ left here after the rain stopped.

Tom and Jerry, thanks for keeping the place nice and toasty.
Few more logs on the fire for the rest of the incoming morning crew.

Stay safe and warm today and maybe enjoy some football or hunker down into the modeling cave.

Have a great day everyone.

Clouds and it appears a little bit of snow still falling after what was to be an all night mostly lake effect snow event. It's a good thing we got out yesterday while it was in the 30s as it's in the teens this morning. The new snow machine worked like a champ, the 6-8 inches we had yesterday was super wet and heavy but the hardware was up to the task with little major effort. Probably another trip out this morning later to knock off the new stuff. It's going to stay real cold, tho, as the teens are about it and wind speed also will be in the teens, with low single digit 'feels like'

I spent what little useful time I spent yesterday doing the decals for the 3rd of the 4 RS-36s I've been working on for months....I'm at the about 90% done stage with them so it's an effort to fight the strong urge I get about this point in a project to kick it to the side with some excuse not to finish. The last one #363 sits on the foam work pad waiting me.....

We have company coming later today, the Doll's daughter and family, with the grand daughter, just turned 17, planning on making dinner. She even cleans up when she's done! The 10yr old will be molting away in a chair somewhere with his electronic mind anesthetic, he's 10 going on 5.

Everyone have a good day, warm and safe.
