Howdy folks,

Rick, thanks for coffee.

We are back in Texas. The reunion and birthday party were terrific. Everyone brought kids and grandkids, and I met so many family members I hadn't ever met in person. Several came in from Oregon, too. Great food, fun times, and grateful to have my Mom around still.

Drizzle and 52F here. I guess fall is finally here.

Have fun,
Mie

Good morning Rick, Mike and who ever else shows up. It is 4:46am when I started typing. Canít sleep and Rick I will grab a 6 pack of the diet Dr Pepper. $6.00 per can here so I have been without. I have never been to this area of the country. I have seen Pebble Beach hundreds of times on TV watching golf since I was a kid. Reality is so much more awesome. The high today will be 62f degrees. I will play golf with my brother and 2 of his friends. The 4 women are not golfers so will be exploring the shops of Carmel by the Sea. They are hoping to run into the former Mayor, Clint Eastwood. I want my score to stay below 100.

Have a great day
TomO

Good morning from the beautiful Carmel by the Sea, California. I asked Terry if she could live here, her answer, we could afford maybe 6 months and weíd have to empty the savings accounts. Breakfast yesterday was for Terry and me, $53 plus tip and only coffee and 1 soda. The golf courses are unbelievable and everything and more then I expected and wanted. The weather off the ocean changes a lot. A beautiful area. Pebble Beach again this morning and then Cypress Point this afternoon. Tomorrow morning we will do some final sightseeing and then a plane ride back to Austin arriving around 6PM. My brother has some meetings tomorrow so has to be in Phoenix so we will stop there 1st. Enjoy your day.

On the road
Tom

Good evening everyone.

Jerry, nice to see you making progress on the Tugger.

Tom, keep enjoying your trip.

Mike, that's a huge drop in temp from just a week or two ago.
Also Happy Birthday to Mom and son!

This is a scene from my afternoon bike ride.
I'm the one in the orange, white and black striped jersey.

A little music and relaxation tonight.
Fridge is stocked with stouts and assorted other beers.
And the Eagle Rare is out too.

Have a great night everyone.

Great bike Rick, enjoy the stereo show. I havenít seen one of those advertised in years, have fun.

We are in Austin, since the SUV was lost we flew from Monterey to Austin via Scottsdale. Trying to decide what we do next. Because of the SUV situation and the weather in the Midwest we are changing our thinking.

Enjoy the day
Tom
