Afternoon Dave, I'll have some pizza with you. I put some longnecks in the fridge.

Yardwork is not in my realm anymore.

Have a great day.

Mark, you were up way too early! Tea and scones are up for afternoon snacks!
The weekend passed with not a second to spare for the RR. Frustrating. My neighbour did not cut my grass, unfortunately. Spent the day figuring out house and yard renos. Ah, there's always tomorrow!
Sun looks like it will be out and hanging around for a few days.
Cheers,
Dave

Dave: have ever considered not cutting the lawn, planting tons of wild flowers and calling your yard a wild Bird sanctuary? Just kidding
I got pretty much involved with the house too. I cleaned up the kitchen and worked on putting together some little tables to put stuff on.
I do a little shopping on Amazon yesterday. Bought a copy of Harry Brunk's book on modeling the Clear creek line of the C&S. Up Clear Creek.also one other but I can't remember the name.
I brought along tonight for libation some Shock Top Belgian ale. Good stuff

I went out to cut the grass and the lawnmower had a flat. I'll spend tomorrow morning trying to fix that
Been busy packaging up my Flatcar kits. Customers abound, LOL

Wow, where did the day go? Too early to tipple yet (mid-afternoon here) but perfect for a cuppa.
You know Fred, I always said my perfect house would be a large hobby room, small eat-in kitchen, bedroom, astro-turf yard (if any) and maybe a place to entertain guests who are not into model trains.
Cheers,
Dave

Hey All, I was rushed out early this morning and came home to long nap.

I got my hayfield (read yard ) mowed finally. I had help from a neighbor.

Well no time for modeling lately and tomorrow is not going to be much if not more of the same.

Good night All.

Good evening everyone.
Had a nice easy day. Didn't do much modeling, but, I spent a lot of time reading one of the books I got from amazon. It's from the Images of Rail series entitled, " Colorado And Southern Railway Clear Creek Narrow Gauge" by the Allen C. Lewis. Pretty good little book. Tons of photos. Lots of ideas.
Tpnight, I brought a huge pot of Spaghetti, garlic bread and ice cream. More ale and soda too. The wife and CEO of my rr, whipped up some chocolate volcano cakes for desert
I hope everyone gets their homefront lawns and yards in order before the heat of summer hits.
Dave, I always told Sue, my wife, that when we get a house down here the family room is mine. Lol

Fred.

Mark: good luck at the foot doctor.
The donuts sound good. I will have just one...or two with chocolate milk.

Morning All, I just stopped in and dusted everything off put on some coffee.

It's cool and foggy this morning.

I guess we are going to have to shutter the place soon for lack of interest.

Have a good day, I'm just going to set here and read my New On30 Annual.
