Well, I guess Mr. Troels is still painting and playing with the grand kids. I got great-grand kids to play with. Seems like time really flies the older you get.

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July.

I finally got some 'put off' work done, which I was glad of.

Have a great day.

Rich

You are right, of course Rich! On the very positive side, I have actually ordered some black molton fabric for the "skirt" all around the layout (mostly so the four tons of junk on the floor will be out of sight)... Should make the layout look more finished when in place. Ordered the real flame retardant stage molton.

Have a great summer (unless you are on the southern hemisphere :) )

Ouch :) Does it count that I have painted three paintings since my last post, and now work on the fourth on a sunday morning? Thought not :) A visitor to my studio told me to get my modeling act together, and said he'd be back... I feel the pressure :)

It only counts if those paintings were of railroad-related subjects :-) ;-) :-)

Thanks Jeff! Dave, today I'm beginning a railroad themed painting... I visited a working museum railroad last week, and found a few fine subjects there. Here's one I did last winter, from the same railroad:

Looking forward to the next painting! (It must be fun to work on steam and smoke effects.)

Bump, bump de bump.

I noticed that we only have 2 pages of 0n30. Didn't we have 3 at one time?

I hope Troels is doing OK. The art painting business must be going strong.

Have a great day.
