FYI, Rich White is selling his kits (walls only) on ebay. I've purchased two of them so far. absolutely wonderful brick and stone work. He's a true artist.

Rich is extremely talented. His Payless Mining Modules need to be seen in person to really appreciate. He goes so far as to add model trout to his stream. All his kits are the best.

I picked up one of these kits a couple of weeks ago.

The kits are just the walls, I am in the process of painting the stone right now. The plaster parts are very well done.

Lars....I had never seen a Yorke kit up close, but had seen pic of his stuff and thought it was great. Then Rich came to one our Pacific Coast Conspiracy meetings in Sacramento with his Payless Mining Modules and some kits, and we all saw the carving and detail he put into his models. I got several of the kits and have built three.

The powderhouse (below) was the first he did. All the kits I have included the doors, windows, roofing etc. I wonder if he is selling off pieces he has in storage? You're build is looking nice!

I only found one listing for the "Adams Express" office and it wasn't for sale by Rich.

I too have found that listing, it is for the walls only as previously mentioned. In checking the sellers feedback its apparent this is the guy selling them as he has several feedback from selling Walls only for Rich white kits.

Tried to find Rich's home phone in Modesto, but no luck. Tried the White Pages and came up with a number in Modesto. No answer. I'll keep trying, and let him know there are questions re: his offerings.

I purchased one of these kits in January from Grampee's- Attic. They are excellently produced plaster castings. Just the 4 walls. I have the Bank kit. I plan to start on it after I finish my current project. Here is a pic of it. However, the kit comes wrapped in plastic, There is no instructions, no box, no photos. This a very nice kit... These are kits for experienced craftsmen. hence the no instructions. I sent an email to Grampee's - Attic, for clarification on particulars of the model. The returned email is signed as follows: Thanks, Rich White/grampees-attic. So I would think it is indeed, Rich White...

So, Rich is selling under the gramps attic name?
If not, do you have a link?

Craig, In this day and age, who really knows with any certainty the true identity of Ebay sellers.
Evan though the name is on the site and return address, that does not necessarily mean it is genuine....
