Morning Tom and the rest of the RR-L Crew when they get here. I'll go with my standard cup of coffee and a piece of toast. Didn't get much out of the heavy storms last night except more rain, which we need of course. Temps are down this morning to 68. That's a big drop from 105 and feels like late fall. [:0} Mary is quickly healing from her sore leg and all. Starting to get antzy to get out and work in the yard. I printed out a number of my Alaskan photos on 11x17 paper. The printer did a really good job on them. Quite professional at least I think.
Everyone have a fun and safe day in the Train Yard.

Morning Tom, Walt & the rest of these lazy guys,
Thanks for the coffee. And opening Tom. I'll get the grill fired up and they can cook whatever they find.
Cloudy/rainy in South Jersey today. Temp in the 90's though.
WHAT'S EVERYONE GOT PLANNED FOR THE WEEKEND??
With the weather being (no Sun/no beach) for a few days I think I'll get my train room painted finally. And some time at the bench.
Everyone have a great day!!!

Good morning, Tom and crew. We're supposed to get showers today, but I managed to get a bike ride in without getting rained on.
Jerry, I have no specific plans for the weekend. I may do some work at the club tomorrow, but I can't hide there forever. Pat has yard work high on her list, which means it's high on my list too.
Have a good day. George

Good morning Tom and crew.
Just coffee and a fresh peach will do me fine, thanks Tom. Looks luke rain this afternoon we need it to cool the roofs off. I don't have much on tap for this weekend will work at smoother running on the layout, a never ending process here in Florida. Hope all will have a great day!!!

Morning Tom, Jerry & Crew,
Thanks for the fruit, but I'll pass on the hot coffee and see if I can find a glass of iced tea. See, it's gonna be a scorching 119 degrees in our little section of the Coachella Valley. In fact, the average for the next seven days will be around 111!
So, Jerry, we won't be doing much outside this weekend, that's for sure. We'll get our shopping done early today, then hibernate inside. We'll do some stuff around the house and I'll do some stuff in the train room including working on the track plan.
Y'all stay cool and we'll catch y'all later.

Good afternoon to the entire crew. It is currently raining here in the Jersey Highlands, and the temps are in the upper 60's. This is the beginning of my three day weekend, and it looks like the first two days will be wet. Well, we need it for sure.
Sadly we have to go to a wake this afternoon. One of my school principals passed away after a long illness. She just turned 61. She was on sick leave for about a year and a half, and just officially retired on June 30th.
Not much special planned for the weekend. I do have to layout tour directions for the Garden State Division's Summer Meet which is next Saturday. That is a nice chore for a rainy day.
Enjoy the rest of the day!

Good afternoon crew! I figured I would stop in and see what's going on. Since I'm on vacation this week, I've managed to get a lot done over the course of the week, and I still have the weekend! I have one small task to accomplish today (digging out a dead bush in the front yard), and then its down to the basement where I hope to spend the rest of what appears will be a wet weekend.
Have a great day!
