Ok....I installed the PM-42 without much problems in the reading of the directions and the wiring:
The issue is, I have completely isolated the 2nd power district, and the test loco's navigate through all 3 districts.Howerer, when the loco is in section 2, and I short section one, the sound will reset and the loco will hesitate for about 2 seconds.
With the test loco in section 2, and I short the 3rd district, nothing happens, and the loco proceeds as norman. (no hesitation or sound reset)
Gremlins?
I would bet a fair amount that the PM-42 is wired correctly, including the ground and connection to the Zeypher command station.
Any ideas???

Bill,

Did you check the wiring of the servos? Make sure a section one servo is not getting power from section 2 .. or section 2 servo is not getting power from section 1.
