Mmmm ... haven't had double-yolk eggs or a full English breakfast in quite a while ... and never both at the same time. Nice. :-)

Hi Everyone - It is 6:30 am Wednesday morning here at the Museum and the weather is quite cold. It got down to 1 degree C yesterday and feels like it might be about that again today. Please join me in a hot cup of coffee together with fresh toast and melted cheese. Raymond was off sick last Thursday and Friday and over the weekend. He went to work Monday but was home again yesterday and now the doctor says to stop home the rest of the week as he has bronchial asthma. I have had asthma for the past few months - the worst I have had since I was hospitalised in 2009. Oh Well - it is the season for it here as we head into winter.
The suitcase connectors have arrived from Micro-Mark so, all going well (that is Raymond is up to it we will finish the wiring on Stage 2 of our On30 layout next weekend. We also are hoping to go to a running session on a friend's New South Wales layout (HO Scale) again if we have recovered OK.
I have all the Queensland Railways enthusiasts happy as I posted a photograph of a Queensland Rail track geometry vehicle (MMY029) on line. It is an awesome beast. A large Mack truck prime mover with a covered box full of electronics. It can run on the road as well as on the rails of Queensland Rail's 3 ft 6 ins gauge sytem. It is currently here at Ipswich Railway Workshops receiving some maintenance.
Hope everyone else is keeping well.

Andy, it's funny we've had a huge series of doubles recently.

Good morning all ... a fresh pot of coffee is on ...

Very smokey, hazy here. A forest fire is burning about 20 miles north east of the lake. It has been windy and dry. Hopefully we will get some rain tonight.

Have a great day ....

Jerry, maybe if you came over and mowed the lawn and helped with a few other chores I'd have time for some model building.
Also, have you checked your phones voicemail lately?

Good morning everyone.

Thanks for the coffee Tom.
I could go for a double yolk egg and bacon sandwich too.

Got a few more outside chores to take care of and then it will be time to get ready for work.
Sorry Jerry, no modeling yet again.

Hope everyone has or had a great day.

Afternoon all, take a coffee if there's still some left. Did finish the cupboard today, nice white with heavily weathered handles...

Think I'll do some modeling this evening...

Have a nice day !!
