Missing at least a few railroads in your survey . . . for example, Pennsylvania Railroad, New York Central Railroad, . . .

Out of the choices listed, I'd pick BN, however I'd also list BN's predecessors.... GN, NP, CB&Q, SP&S, C&S and SLSF.
You did have FW&D, though.
