Thanks!
Really like using the Clover House dry transfers - so many interesting sets to make some unique cars.

Ready for paint, lettering, and a load, and then in a few days, done!

Well, another gon completed.....

Have to look into the crate of projects to find what's up next. Sort of hoping that I run out of these projects so I can focus more on the scratchbuilding from the ground up projects that are in the other pile. Still, I know I have crate that's nothing but cabooses to salvage.......and I saw a wood steeplecab body just last night in the storage bin.

Martin,
Another beauty!
Maybe you need to close and lock that bin. Don’t let anything in.

Too late! Got 2 more in route already.....
Sadly, there are way too many of these unfinished cars on tables at meets & shows - terribly tempting stuff given the play value taking them to a finish line.

Martin,
Another gorgeous car, but far too clean for a coal gon, unless this is its first time out on the road. Any plans to weather it?

Eventually, yes, but I'm at that point where I'm just going to enjoy it as is for a while,
Tomorrow, I'm going to dive into the box that I think is almost all cabooses that are in varying states of incomplete; I know there's the partial nearly at the beginning bobber caboose in there as well as a near complete (maybe totally complete PRR ND caboose kit)...and I've got this brass thing I bought at the O Scale Nat'l that I really have no idea what the prototype might be - just spoke to be and told me take it home....needs to be finished now.

Don't you just love that feeling? I have a couple train show finds that I've restored over the past couple years and have been putting them in service now that I have a railroad on which to run them. I had that feeling that I must bring them home, then another good feeling once I restored them, then another even better feeling hooking them into a train and setting them off on a spur.
I'm glad you share your restoration work here, as it also gives that good feeling. Keep at it.
