Greg, I play music almost every minute I am awake. Phila., and Tampa have two of the best radio stations on planet earth. Both 88.5.
I too generally have music on in my office and car - car has at least 6 CDs loaded and then there's an 8 gig flash drive of concerts and more for when the drive gets a little long.
In the offices, it's internet radio - Progzilla. Playing Rush's Xanadu right now....
But, I just picked up a copy of the official release of David Bowie's Station to Station tour concert from the Nassau Coliseum on CD -- I still have a double vinyl bootleg of that one. You can find the rehearsal sessions for that tour on Youtube.

Those cats checking out Gov Mule, it is Gov't Mule. Lead by Warren Haynes. Think Allman Bros. 1989. ed

I was feeling like some Ligeti this morning and I ran across this performance which brightened an otherwise dreary rainy day....so just a bit off to the left of the bell curve for most listeners,
Barbara Hannigan performing and directing Ligeti's Mysteries of the Macabre with Gothenburg Symphony.

Today was James McMurtry day. Okay fans of Austin music. Who is James McMurtry's farther? What song will he no longer sing? What is his most requested song?
For you know it all's. What song will the amazing Bonnie Raitt no longer sing?
Now dig this. The winner will get a copy of Realistic Color for Railroad Modeling-A movie by Troels Kirk. You know who that incredible cat is. It is very, very good. It does not indicate that I can not make copies.
First correct answer by time wins.

Guess that was too difficult. New one coming. ALERT- 8 pm on HBO Jan. 29th. May It Last:A Portrait of the Avett Brothers. Scott and Seth Avett are two of the nicest and most talented musicians on planet earth. They are blue grass and country flavored. With stomping and clapping. They are joyful and soulful. And most of all they make you feel good. I see them often. I love their music and their spirit. You will see the love they have for their music and their fans. They are so gracious to their audience. "I have No Enemies" Watch it, you will get it. Check your pulse if you don't dig this. ed
