Nice work Randy.
I like all the fallen trees and branches in your scenery, just like in the 1:1.
My favorite picture is the fourth one in your first post.

Just curious why you started a new thread?

Some great modeling and excellant photos. Glad to hear from you Randy, I was wondering how things were going. Are you getting ready to start on the other half of your railroad?

Thanks for the comments friends,
This section of layout is history other than the pictorial review,
I'll be working on the next section of the story this winter,
in the same space as the above section,
another 22' diorama section,
as the story continues on down the line.

Randy

Randy, this is really great looking scenery. The undergrowth is so dense it has that lush green always raining feeling. Well since youíre from the NW is must be natural to you but living in Florida I have to imagine scenes like that. Can you give us a plan view with some dimensions?

Hey Frank,
I suppose were quite a contrast to Florida,
I live on the east slopes of the Cascades,so were a little dryer then my modeling looks,
which is like the westside of the Cascades,
my room/diorama is 22' long x 15"-48" deep,
heres the link to its construction history;
