While we were in Vt in Dec we toured a factory that made wooden toys. I noticed them used these neet 2 wheel carts. Some had sides, some just the end and some flats. I took a couple of detail shots and over the past couple of evenings I built one.

The castor wheels come from an HO handtruck, the larger wheels are pulley wheels and the junk in the bow came from an HO Mack truck that were in a care package that Arthur sent me.
I really enjoy making these small details and sometimes think I build the buildings just for someplace to put them.I have one more idea that I will start tonight.

Nice cart Roland! Where did you get the "casters" - not the large wheels....I also like your "Geezer" figure - He looks like me! (even) ;-)

Thanks for checking in guys.
Bill, The castor wheels came from an HO handtruck. I don't know who made it.

Nice cart. I also have that one-eyed fella. He will be forever looking out from the porch of the Blue Sky general store when it's installed for good.

Thanks Larry and Arthur. It is not easy working when Geezer is inspecting everything you do.
Finished another detail. I saw this one on the internet and immediately started mentally going through my junk box to see if I had what I would need.

The only thing that stumped me was the wheel. I finally glued 6 Dremel sanding disc together, chucked it in a drill and ground it down to the size I wanted. Vectorcut gears, some brass tubing and wood, and a pulley wheel from the junk box.
