Hey guys, some of you may have seen a few of my bits n pieces in the On30 group but i thought its time to show a bit of my n scale stuff since we don't see a lot of it around here. I recently got some laser kits that i have been working on slowly. I was going to put them all on a small new england style shelf layout but at the momentim thinking about moving again so ill just keep building.
The fist one is a Small car float. Its scratch built from styrene. Its not quiet finished in the photos but close enough. It holds 6 cars and i feel it will make a nice place for cars to go beyond the layout.

Also a bachman 4-8-2 i just finished weathering.

Now for some of the laser stuff. The name of the manufacture has escaped me at the moment but this is a creamery and ice house i have built. I have resprayed to roof and added some weathering to the rest of the structuctures no as well.

And the last one is bar mills kit we all know. I like this kit and i am contemplating buying another two and bashing them into a larger structure in the future. I don't have finished pics but this is about 95% complete. It was also my first go at shingles and they are finiky but i love the outcome.

I think at only 21yr im going to stuck in this hobby for a long time to come.

Adrian, you have built and weathered some mighty fine looking models! I would never have guessed your car float was scratchbuilt (instead of built from a kit) if you hadn't said so. Very nicely done!

Looks great. frankly I don't know how you N scalers do it. I struggle with close up work in HO, can't imagine N?

Thanks for the good comments.
Simon i understand about the close up work. I had failing eye sight but managed to have it fixed about 12 months ago. There doesnt seem to be many craftsman layouts in n scale. I think it is easier to reach that higher standard that in n scale because not many people pay that much attention to the really small details. I see some of you Ho guys putting newspapers on tiny tables and things now thats fine detail.
I would love to build a layout in the future that is of craftsman standars in N-scale. Even if it was only small.

Adrian,
Great job! Love the car float, I have to build one for my layout very similar to yours, right now I have a stand in 1"x3" about 9" long.
Look forward to seeing more of your work.

A fine array of nice models, Adrian. All of them feature excellent weathered finish, and hadn't you said it is N scale, it would be impossible to guess it.
