Auto racks on tracks at CSX's yard in Grand Ledge, MI. Just a few of hundreds in the area sitting unused on every free siding for miles around.

You never know what you will find in old boxes. Here are a few snap shots of the now gone "Meadows" of the P.R.R. in Jersey City.
Not up to the usual standards but not too bad for a 12 year old kid and a "Box Brownie" back in 1959 on a tour with his Grandfather who was a machinist there.

Some really stunning stuf here so far. Especially the lit rails Bob. Well I only own about 2 feet of rails so this was a quick and easy one. The truck is a 53 Chevy cab over.

Here the yard on my Roanoke and Southern RR.

Here is one of the coke oven sidings located at one of the tipples.

A cold day in my yard as a 0-8-0 pulls a string of hoppers out of a yard track and past a 2-6-6-2 backing to the water column.
