Mike looks great.

Congratulations on finishing another 100 pages.

When does the next Chapter start?

Mike what would you do without us pestering you to keep building? You'd just sit in the rocker on the front porch with a blanket over your legs and watch time go buy. Now get up and get back to work.

I don't think so Mike. I had to go back to page 1 of your thread to refresh my memory of where you started and I think you've accomplished a lot since then, and done a great job of it too!

This part of the layout can be seen from the living room and you could see the wall paneling above the backdrop so I took a break from scenery
building to put some black poster board behind the "sky" to hide it.

Nice, that would never happen in my house.

Nice! You have created a really nice diorama effect by framing that section with black.

I am up in North Carolina visiting my sister and stopped by the Railroad Museum in Bryson City NC. I was talking to the gentleman there and found out it was Mr Rayles! Good day. Had a great conversation.

Hi Ed! It was great meeting you. You don't live that far so I hope to see you again.

Frank mentioned he couldn't get away with part of the layout being in the living room. This is what it looks like when I'm not working on it or running the trains:
