While I've yet to complete my first/current layout, I'm thinking about freelancing a second one sometime in the future. Where do I find info on designing a layout from scratch? I have John Armstrong's book on Classic Layout Designs and a few posts from this and other forums devoted to the freelance topic.

Thanks.

Dennis
