Prior to the train 'Phoebe Snow', the name train to Buffalo was The Lackawanna Limited. This is a view of a center cab loco speeding along with its consist of vintage cars.

In this 1920s view, the Lackawanna Limited is being pulled by more familiar motive power and the cars are modern heavyweight steel.
