Welcome to the Gallery for August 2003!

Steve and a couple of other members suggested we try a theme for one of the Galleries or a contest. And so we shall.

The theme for this month's Gallery submissions is "Mini-Scenes."

You interpret that in whatever way suits you.

So break out those cameras and show us a "mini-scene."

It worked!!!

Thanks a lot Mike for the good advice on how to show these pictures. :-)

Here's another. I've just bought the second switcher but haven't had a chance to weather it yet... Too many projects!

Very nice photos, Len. Glad to see you were able to make heads and tails of my "instructions." Speaking of tails....

I especially like the first photo. Now, is that a bare hunter or a bare engineer with the bear?

Len,

I like your "bear” all scene. A good beginning for the month!

Freight may be piling up on the dock, but nothing gets moved until the all-important checkers game is finished!

Mike,

I really like your checker game scene. It is very typical. Where did you get those figures & checker board?

Paul

Paul, they're part of Woodland Scenics' "Scenic Accents" series.
