I haven't posted on this board for a Long Time!

Old Abraham Willemaker must have decided it would be better to make it all in one trip as old Dobbinspeck has seen her better days and may not have two trips left in her. Not only that, but there is a freeloader that has stolen a ride.

Amazing what you are able to do with junque, Greg.

Thanks Guys,
I was wondering how long my milkman could hold his breath.

And . . talk about holding your breath, . . .
This guy is the product of the junk box, (fitting ?), a dyna models mule, some dyna models early automobile wheels, stripwood, a dog a proud owner( with a feather in his hat) and a cart-full of junk.

Drinking a lot of milk will do that to you.

Another great model. The old photo is really nice. I like the Queen Anne house in the background.

Excellent model, Greg!

I suspect he didnít realize the camera was still on him and he let the air out of his lungs.

OK, now that George has weighed in with the answer, I'll agree with what he said. Very nice modeling job.

Your milkman has aged, Greg.

That's a fine copy of the cart in the picture.

Greg Rich Posted - 11/16/2020 : 6:58:39 PM
OK it's time to beat the bushes!

quite a while ago this old picture turned up during a search for horse drawn wagons. This came up even though I think it is technically a cart. Oh well, close enough for me.

Looking for a project to populate the town of East Bay on my RR, it was decided to shake the junk box and see if I had enough stuff to build a cart like our proud Milkman is sporting.

Using a Jordan horse, some wagon wheels a figure and a bunch of styrene scraps, this is how it turned out.

The only problem is that our Milkman's chest has inexplicably fallen. Anyone have any ideas how this could happen??

Impressive work on those wagons, Greg.

robert goslin Posted - 10/26/2020 : 7:36:36 PM
Hi Greg. Great wagons. Nicely detailed. They even have whips. Were all the details and the horses part of the kits?

I really like the settings too. You do really nice work.
