Posted - 12/28/2010 : 2:55:01 PM What to do when snowed in, work on a diorama. Tried something different. Stained the wood with a gray/brown alcohol stain after texturing. Then did a water based whitewash stain I used in finishing wood projects.

Posted - 03/27/2011 : 1:29:16 PM Finished....time to go into storage. I make a box from foamboard to keep the dust from collecting. This one will go into the O scale national convention in Parsippany, NJ in 2012, along with my other projects.

Posted - 02/12/2011 : 05:46:00 AM Excellent craftmanship. Congrats. Upsizing to 1:48 from 1:87 models does take more real estate. Glad you did the whole FSM original.
Interested to see what you use for the roof materials.
cheers mate
