Hi of all you,

After having built an open air shed, I think about building new exhibition layout.

The trackplan

Some facts about Koonunga Junction

Size : 1m35 X 0m45 + fiddle yard (0m45 X 0m45)
Scale : Oe / On30
Track : handlaid track (code 83)
Control : DCC
Where : Island somewhere in Tasmania Sea (perhaps Black Treatle Island!!!)
When : During the sixties

Currently, the baseboard is done.

To be continued ...

All the best for New Year, Fabrice

Hi all of you,

And thanks for your comments.

Concerning the trees, I use sagebrush armatures and some Heki products to do leaves. I use too natural moss I find in my garden and some Heki grass tuffs.

What is the secret ? the blending.

You must mix the products to build a plausible environment. Don't hesitate to mix natural and artificial products.

The palm trees are from Samtrees (Cf. http://www.samtrees.com).

I use too some zeechium and others exotic plants I find in my wife's bunch of flowers.

Super work, really like the scene. Can you chat about the grasses, weeds and trees. I assume some of the grass tuffs are silfor, and the gray wood trees look like sagebrush armatures with a scenic material, the other tuffs are ?

Very cool standard gauge wagon transporter Fabrice! I like standard gauge trains on narrow gauge tracks, the East Broad Top comes to mind but this version seems much less labour intensive.

Hi,

Thanks for your comments!!!

About the barrel (just an oil drum with some wood), I use an electronic circuit to simulate the fire.

Have a G'day, Fabrice

Great scene Fabrice, you have a good eye/mind for the little extral detials, i.e. barrel full of junk etc. Like the transporter wagon. Espically like the switch man and all the control details, even a track "control panel" diagram.

Nice work Fabrice!!! I like it, and
also the switch tender with the flag.
Glad to see you back again.......
