Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and Cherry Diet Pepsi are ready to go.

Sunny and low 50's here in Northern Virginia.
Had a heck of a storm here last night.
Biblical rain.

I know we're going to a stereo store or two today.
Not sure what else we'll do.

Jerry, not going to trade the sysytem in.
Just looking.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning from HOME. Very last minute change of plans. My brother called us in Texas as he had to go to a board meeting in Wisconsin, asked if we wanted a ride. Arrived to the end of a record breaking white falling from the heavens event. 5+Ē at the official spot in Madison, I am not sure what we had but at least 3 and it was wet. Anyway, we are glad to be home even if it is many days earlier then sort of planned. Losing that SUV did screw up our plans just for the last days to have come and the ride home. But, that is past and today starts with the diet Cherry Pepsi. Thanks Rick and if you are just looking leave the wallet under the car seat. Stereos like trains are easy to buy!

Have a great day

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for coffee. Hope you have fun at the stereo store.

It's cold this morning at 32F but forecast for 62F later today. I hope this cold is killing the mosquitoes.

Worked at the Texas Western yesterday. We cleaned up the programming track, the trainmaster, and the dispatcher computers areas.

The club is still a mess after the flood, but we are getting there. Focus now is the library, where the contractors are still laying a new floor.

Have fun,
Mike

Good morning from the land of falling white stuff with a temperature of 34f degrees, today will be cold. Mike that space looks great.

Just for Rick last night Instead of the iPod and its 4 speaker base station I used the stereo in the hobby room. The speakers are wireless, there are 6 and the system is in the cave outside the trainroom which now is referred to as the hobby room per the realtor. I had forgotten what great sound outside of the car systems sounds like. Stairway to Heaven just felt so good last night. Almost had the bench bouncing last night until the hearing aided spouse came down telling me to turn the system down. Totally had forgotten my system and with a push of a button I cut off the hobby room and the cave speakers come alive. Which is what I am doing now. Thanks Rick.

Have a great day

Morning Gang, Thanks for some coffee.
Been lurking lately and checking in.
Coincidence I looked up Ronís railway yesterday?
Missed the Hudson, got several models on the bench,
Hope to run em on something worked up for April there.

35 here, headed out to rake.

Have a great day,
Paul

That's fine, it'll make another trip kid.

Paul

Good morning folks,

Ron, thanks for coffee.

It is a balmy 36F here this morning headed to 63F.

Not sure what today holds in store. I'll just play it one hour at a time.

Have fun,
Mike

I'll have some of that coffee and I left some doughnuts on the counter.
So we had a big 180 degree turn in the house-hunting department. We were all ready to buy a house in the area to downsize from our existing when my wife got a job offer from Vancouver Island - which she accepted. So now we are on the hunt over there! Crazy. Still have to find a place by end of November, however, if we don't want to be homeless.
Wish us luck!
Cheers,
Dave

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and Cherry Diet Pepsi are ready to go.

Sunny and low 50's here in Northern Virginia today.

Ron, great seeing you here.
Thanks for opening up yesterday and please stop in more often.

Hi Paul, good to see you here too.
What models do you have on the bench?

Dave, good luck with the hunt.

Tom, Rock On! [:-thumbu]
Glad you enjoyed your stereo.

Had a very nice day at the show yesterday.
Heard a number of great sounding systems, most of which cost more than my house.

Going to hang out with my friend for most of the day and drive home later in the afternoon.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning,

Rick, thanks for coffee.

I can't believe the price of high end stereo gear. I am sure it sounds great, but I would rather spend the money on trains.

High today is forecast at 70F. Think I'll take the MG for spin.

Made good progress at the workbench yesterday working on pot bellied stoves and smoke stacks.

Have fun,
Mike

Morning all, always ready for coffee.
High 20ís, talking a touch of white stuff Friday, might require a splash o the green three sider.

Back to working on the malletsí boiler, tender tank ready for paint. Want to backdate a 2-6-0...some boxcars to build up like the Littlefield reefer I did. Grab iron fest...another two bay hopper coming off the printer in a few hours.
Task saturated.

Roof down in the 70ís would be great, Rick have a safe trip north. Good day all,

That's fine, it'll make another trip kid.
