Thanks Carl.

Bluegill, hum, I caught my first bluegill on Lake Hopatcong, NJ back in . . . oh whatever it was.

Thanks Greg.

Jerry, I guess it stopped raining so you could get in some beach time. Thanks for the comps.

Iíve finished the model on Bastille Day and I can celebrate. Now I have to install the guts, the receiver, sound board and batteries. Jim, one of the Sundance crew said he has an old AirWire board I can use so that will save me some $$. The batteries I have from other locomotives and that leaves the Phoenix sound board.

My aunt and uncle built a large house around the bungalow that they originally bought. That would have been in early 50's. Their house was 5 houses from Bertram's Island Amusement Park.

Frank,

You out did yourself with those nice looking critters. [:-thumbu]

You set the bar a bit higher for me on my next critter project.

Hi Frank. The outside of the Boxcabs looks great. Just the right amount of weathering.
Your rusted paint chips are excellent.

Just wondering when the Little People are going to finish painting the inside, and remove the blue protective sheets.

What is this AU day?

Cheers Mario.

Rob, I still have to position the engineer so Dave can paint him. I need to find some decals, at least numbers, so I'm reluctant to unveil the inside. More dull coat you know.

David, Jim Hopes, one of my group, gave me very old Airwire and Phoenix boards so I'll see if I can get them to go. I was able to find the manuals on line.

Thanks M. Durand. Vive le Tour de France, I'm hooked on it and wait every July for it's return.

Frank, I really admire your work and the way you describe the processes. I downloaded a couple of your posts regarding the way that you model rust for when I start to learn dry-brush techniques for weathering.
