Thanks, Jeff!
I'm sure your barn will look just as good, if not better when you get around to building your Whispering Falls kit.

Greg,

In checking out your construction this morning, I read through your rendition of the placement of all the areas of the added boards, and I must admit that it was a little mind boggling, but when viewing the finished product not so. One would see how this would work better if he were also building as each process transpires. So far your work and mode of construction has paid off. This has been a great build.
When I was a kid, my Dad had a similar barn, like the main one and we had a big, open end on the second floor and we attached a heavy rope to a pulley near the peak of the roof. My Dad used to get mad at us for swinging out from the opening with the rope because the rope rubbed against the barn siding and rubbed the paint off the barn. That would make a great mini scene.

Rich, thanks for your continued interest in this build, and for your nice comments.
I should have taken a few more photos to better explain what exactly I was doing with that removable wall section.
Sometimes you get into a zone, where thinking and working overtake the process of photographing all of my steps.
This was definitely the case this time.
I will keep your idea about the rope in mind.

Greg,

I like seeing all those boards with their mellow color so well assembled. A work of art.

Thanks! Bob, no need to apologize my friend.
I was thinking that you were rather quiet last week, now I know why.
I hope everything works out for you and that your feeling like your old self soon!
