The doors and stairs are done.

When that picture was taken I had not yet installed that door because I planned on it being open so I wanted to wait until the heavy construction was done, I.E., the roofs. So, fast forwarding again.>>>>>>>>>>>

And the main roof and canopy over the side door.

Not an EXACT copy of your earlier version, I see.

I like the little irregularities such as the damaged siding.

No, Mike, I should have said from the start it wasn't going to be an exact copy. Hopefully it'll be an improved version.

Thanks, Carl !!

Yeah, Ted, there's probably more than a few things that need repair around there.

Last Monday and Tuesday I was starting work on the base.

Well, Tuesday, while I was waiting for dirt and glue to dry I decided to keep myself busy and go out on a limb. I thought I'd take a shot at making something to add to the salvage yard.

Not the whole thing just enough for junk. Then I guess my OCD kicked in and I haven't been able to stop.

And I'm still going! Probably way over doing it for junk, but like I said, I can't stop.

Thanks, Carl.

Ok, I'm finished with it for now.

Now back to working on the base. I believe that dirt should be dry by now.

The building looks great. I think the time spent on the junker truck was well worth it.[:-thumbu]

Looking good, now you have to make all the junk look as good as that truck.

Loving the truck, and has been mentioned, the blocks are a nice touch!

WOW Fred, I took a leave of absence and now I'm back, you have been busy! The building looks good to me and the truck is cool. Another fine addition to your layout.
