Thanks, Carl !!

Since my last post I have added the window coverings (nothing to write home about). The ground floor, mainly just to help square things up and to give more bite when I glue it all in place later. I've done the back back wall (the undetailed wall). Also added some lighting to the building. And the roof is cut out and ready for detailing. Prototypically the roof doesn't appear to have any details. But I wanted something. I thought about a helipad but decided to go with a chimney, so I'm back to laying brick again.

Until next time ..

Sorry, Carl. Next time is here...

The window coverings are in and the roof is pretty much done.

And some daytime night shots.

Until some other time.....

Thanks, Dave, Rich, Bob, Carl and Ted. The place could be full of people. You have to use your imagination.

I like the style and construction of the chimney; it looks appropriate to the architecture of the building. I think you have just enough details for the roof (although I do wonder about no access door or hatch). I feel too much roof detail can distract from the main structure, which is quite fine.

Lighting is terrific.

Thanks, Mike, Frank and Bill!!

My next step was to get module #2 off the shelf and out of the room it was in, to where I could work on it. That was the biggest challenge. Then to extract the package goods store.

That turned out to be easier than anticipated. Almost like I had planned it all along.

And now the bank is ready to take it's place.

To re-emphasize why I wanted to swap out the two buildings. Before:

There just seemed to me to be too much "open" space. Of course a decent background will help also. After:

The bank president on his way to work.

And that's the finale, for now.

Nice work Fred!

Naturally, the bank president seems awful stiff....
