Thanks, Dave !!

I got some painting done.

I'm not real sure that I'm happy with the paint scheme. It's fairly close to prototypical, but that doesn't really matter. However, I am sure I don't know what to change the color to. I may just try some heavy weathering and see if I need to change it.

In the meantime, I added the four corbels or doo-hickies.

And I'm working on the entryway doors left end.

On another note: I remembered yesterday, after the painting was all done, that I had for gotten the window sills on the upper floors. I have no idea why I thought I only needed them on 2 walls. The low-rent end didn't get them. [:-ashamed] I may leave it that way. Or not.

I dirtied it up a bit.

And those missing sills were haunting me, so...

I think I like it better.

Yes, it looks a lot better. It adds definition to the brick and tile as well as overall character.

I've been there done that. If something bugs me I'll take it apart and fix the problem till I'm satisfied. This is a great build. I'm satisfied.

Thanks, Bill, Mike, Carl and Frank !!

I'm usually a dirty kind of guy. But it seems lately what I've been building hasn't really called for it. This building I knew I had to do something different, I'm glad my instincts were right.

And, Carl, what do you know about dirty... and decrepit?

Just catching up again, and I agree with those before me, this is exceptional. Can't wait to see more.
