Looks good, Terrell.
My son recently redid an old row house and one of the tall front windows had become a parallelogram with about 1 1/2" difference in the alignment of its sides, so you may be more accurate than you thought :)

Thanks, Bill, Jan and jbvb.

The front wall is done except for the myriad of shades and drapes, at least until I get the walls together and on the foundation. I forgot to mention earlier, the rain gutters were also added between the second and third coats of paint. They are hard to see but they are there. I can't do the downspouts until it's on the foundation and the roof is added.

But first, shades and drapes.

Fred,
Even if you never go beyond what you have already shown here, that front facade is extremely fantastic modeling. Superb in my book! I'm tipping my hat to you, Sir!!

Thanks, Pete, George, Rich and Carl !! And Dave, almost missed you.

Bob, this isn't really a race, I had a huge head start on you. But I am trying to keep you on your toes.

Finished the drapes and shades.

The side walls windows are going to be really simple, mono-colored shades pulled down tight. Then I can glue the walls together and start the foundation, at that point Bob will have a chance to catch me.

Nice!

Any thoughts on adding Mrs. Martinelli's cat peeking out of one of those second-floor windows? [:-kitty]

It's been a while since I peaked in and I was blown away by the progress. I had to go back to page 1 and start over to catch up. Just fantastic.

Fred, this is really coming to life'. The finished window treatments are absolutely perfect'...This is a real contest model that would bring first place and tie with Bob's rendition'...[:-dopey] You constantly amaze me with your excellent modeling'..

Wow. Terrific modeling.

This building has just so much character, particularly with the recessed entryway and the bay windows.
