Nothing special just Evergreen Scale Models styrene strips cut and arranged in a way to simulate windows.

HMMM that's what you say'..they look better than store bought. I'd like to see a picture of the jig you used'..If I could make windows like that, well, let's just say, I'd have a lot of extra money in the bank... And Don Tichy, and Grandtline would have a lot less...

That is a terrific looking court house Fred! And yes you have been found guilty' of excellent modeling'....and sentenced to keep creating additional beautiful models.... [:-dopey]

Excellent build so far, and a genius for using tile to make windows.

Your courthouse facade looks terrific. You’re no longer on probation.

Thanks, Philip and Pete !!

Ted, there was no jig used. In the photo posted before the windows are built on a piece of tempered glass using liquid cement which pretty much glues them to the glass. I let them set up good then scrape them off with a single edge razor blade.

Rich, I didn't use tile for windows.

Thanks, Mike !!

And now off to the real courthouse.

Thanks, Ted. Just thought I'd touch base. Last week's courtroom time really cut into my courthouse time. So I haven't gotten much done before yesterday. But I have started the left side wall. Took a day and half to get that much brick done. Sheesh.

I did find this last week. Though it doesn't make it worth it. They wouldn't let me take it.

Signed,

Juror #10

Finally!! Finished the left side wall. As you can see I decided to add a single window on the second floor. So the Mayor has an unobstructed view of Floyd's roof. The paint's still a little wet.

Now on to the windows.

What's with the scarves and fly swatter in the tree?

BTW nice bell. Are you sure you didn't take the picture because of the bricks?

No need to take a picture of bricks, I see those in my sleep.

The flyswatter is actually a tag that says "Need one? Take one." . I didn't.

Impressive edifice!

You’ve built a grand entrance, large well-proportioned widows, and wonderful brick, but my favorite detail is the little barred jail window.
