Thanks, Dave, Bob, railman, Carl, Ray and Bill.
It's a pretty simple structure, especially compared to the tenement, so I'm working on some exterior details to spice it up a little, I hope.

Excellent detail work. Did you scratch build the gas and electrical works? If so can you show us how to do it?
I like this build...a great looking structure with a lived in look.

Ted, I'm not sure what I'm going to do in the backyard. Maybe some trees.

Dave, I didn't document the meter build. Sorry. But it's made from styrene rod, tube and bits and pieces.
