That's a BIG little project! Great design and it's moving along quite nicely.

As a side note.

Priming and painting windows, doors and corner stops took about, a total 58 seconds.
Another method I discovered, by mistake, in my haste to produce a quick model.

I'll describe the method on my web page.

Just guessing: You switched to Corona beer and turned into UKGuy (thus the accelerated yet skillful work) ... ???

Hi Dallas.

I never touch the Corona stuff or Pommy beer.
Aussie beer the best...

The Karl I was referring to, is Karl Scholtz.

It's been a nice project, away from the tiny bits of 1:35 scale tools or the complex Revelia / Doan structures.

Just dug some interesting details, to give Anne's Cafe a touch of class.

regards

"M"

PS... I'm glad I saw your old post listed today. Trying to get a few ideas from your workshop model.

Good to see another quick build coming together Mario, and looking bonza too.
Just because its a quickie dont skip on the quality..... tight corners and a few loose boards will really make a difference. even add a little graining to those grandt windows with a wire brush to loose that 'plastic' look.
Interesting structure and I'm rooting for you to get this one finished up.... really looking forward to the next update...

Hi Karl. The photos do not show clear, but boards have been lifted with a falt blade and all windows scribed with an xacto knife.

No nail holes

Nearly ready for weathering, external detailing and a small alfresco.

Under new management soon, for cake & latte ( extra hot for me )

Mario ,

We will be discussing your strange opinion next year !

It is very sad to hear that Paul is still suffering from the loss of his son . I can't begin to imagine the pain he , and his (former , I think ) wife must be going through .

Nick

Oh , and your model is looking rather fine . A nice clean build .

I doubt whether I would have survived what Paul went thru. His children give him strength. He still sees his ex on occassions.

Now regarding your trip next year, which I know you will regret on your flight back home.
We have a "Man's" beer here, not the diluted pints you guys have.

But in the meantime

"here's cheers to you, my pommie mate"

Andy

Here is the link for the product.

I ordered another 10 packets this morning ( just in case they sell out )

It only cost me $15.00 postage and they accept PAYPAL.
