Gooooooooooooooood Morning, Crew!!
Overcast and chilly here in the Greater Metropolitan Canton Area of the Fine Buckeye State of Ohio. That being said, we have a warm fire in the beer belly stove and plenty of our famous 'Kero-Koffee' left in the pots. The grill is closed, but the serving line still has a good selection of bagels, pastries, cream cheese, REAL butter, jelly, and marmalade. So what's going on this morning? I've been spending a good bit of time with my postcard collection and blog getting reorganization and updating taken care. I start my new job next Monday [:-jump2] and want to get some of this stuff out of the way. In another couple of weeks I'll be putting together some benchwork I think along with my model building table. [:-bigmouth] OK, Crew...take it easy on the roads if you're in PA or NY state...big storm offshore New England reaching way back as far as WV. Have a great day everyone!

Morning Russ and crew. I'll have some coffee and a bagel for break here. Rain was welcome and flowers are smiling this morning. More kit design work planned and I have some casting stuff on order from MM. Going to try and cast a small ratchet part for the new kit. This will be a first for me. I think Rapid Prototyping would be the way to go with these small things (instead of trying to hand make the small master) but I don't know enough about 3D drawing. Have a nice day. Walt might be too busy today to stop by what with his large Oz order. Oh, and ask him about the chandelier.

Good morning Russ, Dave and the rest of the crew. It is drizzly and in the low 40's right now in the Jersey Highlands. We expect similar weather for the next day or two. Heck we really needed that rain!
Yesterday we had a great Spring Meet of the Garden State Division. I think we set a new attendance record, with numbers north of 50. Three great clinics, one by forum member Chuck (wvrr), and three layouts open in the PM. Luckily the heavier rains held off until the evening. Chuck also brought along his boxcab that was featured in a thread here on the Forum. A great looking loco!
Every time I visit a layout, I come home and feel 'motivated' to get some work done on mine. So today I will once again head into the basement to get some work done.
Have a great day! |

Morning crew,
It's a cloudy but not raining day so far. Temps in the 40's yet. But like Bruce said we needed the rain and we got some but not as bad as the "weather weenies' had predicted.
Time to look over the forum.
Everyone have a great day!!!

Good Monday afternoon Everybody A cloudy and windy 49 which is 1 degree higher the the predicted high 48 Thanks for opening neighbor, I'll have a kero koffee before I take a nap. I had to run Jeremy to work this morning account of his burnt foot. The nurse sent him to a clinic so I had to run back up to take him and just got home. He's on lite duty and you can't get any lighter that answering the phone[:-eyebrows] After my nap I'll have run back up to pick him up. Tomorrow he's driving himself. Time to finish my coffee and look over the forum. Have a good day and God Bless |

| Afternoon, all. Saturday was nice here, so my only model RR activity was an "Op Session for Beginners" organized by the Hub Division on the Dividing Creek RR (though I'm not really a beginner). I wound up with one of the less difficult jobs, but the less experienced people who worked the main yard reported they had fun too. Sunday was rainy & cold, so after baking bread I did some detail work and photography. Today I've got a bunch of possibilities for after dinner: more scenery, finish some wiring that would be useful for operation, and/or start on car cards & racks. |

Good Evening Russ and the rest of the Forum Crew.
No snow, in southeastern, NC, just brisk, chilly breezes out of the north, plenty of cloud cover and slight chances of rain. Temps made it to 55F today. A far cry from those 70's & 80's we've been experiencing. They'll be back before the week is up. Managed to get out back last night and run a train. :)
Russ, good to see you're settling in and will be at work soon.
It's chilly enough that I can use some of that coffee, if there's any left.
Hope everyone had a good day.
