Good afternoon everyone.

Pot of coffee is ready if anyone wants some.
I just had a frozen banana protein shake and will make another if you prefer that.

Been quite in the lounge lately.
I know I've been especially busy the past few days and I'm sure you guys have been too.

Larry, hope you enjoyed the show.

Hope everyone has or had a great day.

Drove back to the beach sitting here watching the waves roll in. The show was amazing but very different feel watching from a private box. Boy I hope I have as much emery as Roger waters at 68.
So seeing the wall live is checked off the bucket list.
Steamed claims and corona are ready for those who wish to join in, veggie tray as well. Enjoy.

Brudda.....you are in for a big suprise!!!!
Most guys crash around 40ish...not all, some....
Some crash around 50ish....not all, some. And it seems that some "still have it" at 68 like Roger.....
But I'll let you in on a little secret: A lot of them guys that claim to "Still have it", don't.
If "BS" ws concrete, they would be a walking toll road!!!

Live a good life while you can, cause stuff is going to start happening to you that you don't have any idea why....Besides that, you are too freakin young to have a bucket list!

Good morning everyone,

Coffee is on so help yourself. Haven't been around much lately due to the fact that my sister was in town and we had a lot of catching up to do, it was great seeing her again, and I get to see her again in September when I go to Seattle.

Not much modeling for me lately but I do have some goals for this summer (as the weather gets hotter and it drives me indoors they might get done sooner than later). Maybe I should post them on my construction thread.

Larry, glad you enjoyed the concert, I had a chance to see the original wall concert in Montreal way back in the late seventies ant it still rates as one of the best concerts I've been to.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning All, coffee is on.

Geezer, I agree with you. I had congestive heart failure at 45, lost an eye at 50, and it has been a slow down hill slide and I am grabbing for hand holds all the way.[:-banghead] Have all the fun while you can and enjoy life, you mite not be ready or able when you retire.

Well the house is still on the market, but the rent has been paid in WV. Hope to move sometime this month.
Everyone have a great day.

Bill,
I am a little young for a bucket list but some of the stuff on the list is going to be hard to do so I had to start early. A lot of the list involves live sports events and they may never occur. I have been waiting for my hockey Leafs to play in a cup final since 1967.
Some of the concerts I wanted to see are never going to happen as the artists are now dead.
Want to rent a tank with me and crush cars? That is on the list. I had a chance to pay for a ride in a p51 mustang and did not do it as I was out of work. [:-banghead] the list item was there in front of me.
Just found a place that will let me drive a locomotive so that one can happen.
I ramble. Have great day.
Larry

Good Morning All,
Larry glad the concert went well, not sure who the WALL is, as long as I don't have to bail you out, or find you in rehab, then all is good.

Bucket lists are good at all ages, I had a long bucket list at 40, and I am still working it off, the only one that didn't get done at that time was a hop on a nuc sub, I got my F-18 ride, and Apache Helicopter ride in, and a very long C-130 ride. The rest of the bucket list was places to go, some done, many more added. GooseFest was a gread add and done list.

I will be in Oregon next week, have a cab ride planned for Sunday so I hope to be shoveling coal for that.

Good day all ... just got back from our camping trip. Very hot, lots of boating, no serious fishing as the temp was far to hot. Water temp 76F on the surface.

Yesterday I met another mile stone, 3 year anniversary for my double lung transplant. We received the call at 10:00 am to get our buns into the hospital 225 km away as they had a set of lungs for me. Checked into hospital at 12:30 pm for pre-op prep. Into the operating room 2:30 pm, and out 12 hrs. later, 2:30 am. Three days in ICU and 9 days on the recovery ward. Every day is a blessing and I am thankful for them one at a time.
