As my students' AP exams roll closer I find I have less time to frequent the forum, so I'm opening for the first time in quite a while.
My 60-day challenge is done...only a few weeks behind schedule! I'll post pix before I deliver it to the club. Janesville will now have its bra factory and "unmentionables" shop.
Today it's mowing the jungle I call a yard and hopefully putting the hurt on a couple of other structures I've started for Prairie Scale Modelers. Hobby on!

Good morning Dave and the rest of the RR-L crew when they get in.
I stopped and got some bagels and cream cheese on the way in. Rained last night we had just over 1/2 inch but the big rain is headed our way tonight up to 3-4 inches they say. Looks like a weekend at the workbench since outside chores are not advisable. Hope all have a great day!!

Good morning Dave, Mark, Walt and the rest of the crew. It looks like most of today will be dry, but those rains are moving in overnight and staying thru Monday morning.
Tomorrow we have the spring meet of the GSD. It seems the best way to get snow in a snowless winter or rain to end a drought is for the GSD to schedule a meeting.
More work in the train room is on the schedule for later today.

Good Saturday Morning Dave K, Mark, Walt, Bruce, and Crew. 43 with on and off lite showers and we'll top out at 50 with off and on lite showers. Thanks for opening Dave K. I'll get the coffee on and get started on breakfast. I'm looking forward to seeing photo's posted of the Bra Factory and "unmentionables shop" Nothing an the agenda for today as we have on and off showers, but we can use a little rain tho. By the time it dry's out my yard will look a little on the jungley side. [:-bunny][:-mouse][:-slug][:-tiger][:-turtle] I wanted to mow yesterday but it was a slightly on the warm and humid side and I had to go in and rest [:-banghead][:-banghead] Later on this afternoon I'll see what kind of modeling mischief I can get into. Time for another coffee and look over the forum. Have a good day and God Bless. |

Hey, guys,
Getting to the Lounge kinda late.
Had a late breakfast, just coffee, please.
We had a big bad front come thru last night. Real sharp lightning, plenty of loud thunder to go with it. Did not last very long. Cooled things off. It is still coolish and breezy with some fine mist in he air.
Just got back from the tire shop. Had to replace the front 2.
Well, yall have a great day.
