So much destruction and loss of life. It's really sad. We will keep you folks from the mid west in our prayers.

An update on the twister that came thru Wichita,KS as reported in the Wichita Eagle paper this morning. It has been rated as an EF-3 tornado. Of the 17 reported injuries only 4 went to the hospital. We had no deaths here. The only ones that I know of are the 5 in Woodard OK of which 3 were children. There were almost 100 tornados reported around the state but at this time it is not known how many reports were of the same tornado.

The plants here that are involved with Boeing aircraft have sustained heavy damage. Will be a few days before up and running.

Thankyou for your concern, Bill. I am fine I had no damage here. No hail and very little rain. I am on the northwest corner of Wichita and the tornado tore thru going NE thru the southeast corner of Wichita. The closest it came here is about 20miles.

Well Phil, that too close for my comfort! They say things could always be worse, but after seeing some of the images on TV, I can't imagine it being much worse. That must be a terrifying experience.
