Dave (I assume) Glad you liked the 44 pages, probably more than whats there now, I know I haven't did all the builds there. These railbuses add alot to OPS and the fun of RRing. I see we all chop the combines down, like the Forneys, they get chopped the most.

Les, I have a consolidation and Forney that I started a thread on about 3 years ago. The Forney I turned into a 2-4-0 , I fried the sound system and lost interest. I’m hoping being back on here will help motivate me to finish up some projects. The Coney never got completly finished but has some realy neat detail
Sully, I have a multitude of half finished projects. I have construction pictures of most.

On the bus I cut the rear overhang off, flush with the body. I created a new, taller fascia with a strait overhang to match the roof, using brass ¼ x .015 on the bus. I went to ¼ x .025 on the coach, after cutting both ends. I also glued a strip of plastic behind the fascia for the roof to sit on.

I bent a front fascia and made a bumper out of brass angle. I also made another grill without the headlights

What’s left of the third car, this should keep everybody guessing.

Dave, the Gator is looking snappy. CTV? Sounds good to me. I didn't even have a guess. |
