| Thanks guys. Pat there's no need for trackjoiners, this is a very common way here in europe, because of the strips and the track soldered on it stays put. Just align and bolt the modules together..use M8 (metric) bolts 'n somekinda wood locknuts and 10mm holes so there room for some adjusment..and there's a bolt in the center under each track.....ehm well almost if you look at the pictures |

Nice carpentry, excellent article; congratulations. I'll use that method for the track joins on my sections. It worked OK on my N-track inter-section joints.

Congratulations on being famous! That's always nice, even if it's just local. Just be sure to lock your doors now.
And thanks to everybody who went to the trouble to look up and forward the links on the electrical issue.
I'll try not hijack this tread again. |

| Great exposure for your talents, and for the hobby, Martin! Also, I like how you are reinforcing the module connections, that looks like a very reliable method to ensure trouble-free alignment, |

Nice article Martin. Perhaps that exposure may give some new income for your 1:1 cabinet work. Local folks always like to have a contractor that they know something about and the news article does that.

| You're working fast on these modules, Martin. Not that it surprises, me, after visiting your woodworking facility. I'm eager to see the beginning of their landscaping. |

Bit of work done today, all track's back in place, just have to wire the modules. And build a few turnout switchmachines..

Also made a start on the landscape / scenery...

still a lot to do... |
