Hi. I couldn't get on the site all day yesterday. Kept trying with no luck.

Thank you all again for the comments. Andy, No more awards for me. It was fun once, but I'm happy just to build for the layout.

Thanks Arthur and Bill.

Worked last night on a post vise. A few bits of brass and plastic.

This morning I painted it and mounted it to the workbench.

Still having fun, Roland

OK, I just want to know where you found a workbench that UNCLUTTERED to model! Looks terrific, I like it! Russ

Fine craftmanship on that vise. Like the look of the spout on the barrel in the background also

Once again thanks for the comments.

Russ, Welcome. When you have the time please post some photos of what you have been working on. We love photos. You have no idea how slow I work. I did start "messing" up the workbench this afternoon. I like it to show something being worked on rather than just piling stuff on. For this bench a part of the carriage is being repaired.

Wow...to quote a former Dark Lord of the Sith, 'Most impressive!' (we are talking 'vice' here!). Roland, you've obviously given much thought to the layout to make things look natural, how people actually repairing things would lay it out to get their work done. Each addition brings it a step closer to your goal.

Top notch modeling as usual. Love the cabinets hanging on the wall.

Roland speaking of the wall cabinets. Are they scratchbuilt or resin?????

For some reason I think the cabinets wall, floor & bench are all your build.
